The Ministry of Water and Energy has announced the completion of the design for the Panjshir water transfer project to Kabul. The finalized plan has been submitted to the esteemed leadership office of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for approval.
Additionally, the Chamber of Commerce and Investment has emphasized the significance of the Panjshir water transfer to Kabul, stating that the private sector stands prepared to invest in this initiative.
