Paving of Badam Bagh Road in Kabul commences

Following the completion of preliminary tasks, the asphalt work on a one-kilometer stretch of Badam Bagh Road, spanning the 4th and 17th districts, has begun.

According to Mohammad Hamid Sadat, the Chief Engineer of Infrastructure Projects at the Department of Programs and Projects of Kabul Municipality, this road, measuring 3289 meters from the Sarai Shamali intersection to the Naderiya High School intersection, is being paved with red asphalt, utilizing sticks, straw, flower pots, and road markings.

The aim is to finish this work before the onset of winter, covering the stretch from the Sarai North intersection to Karta Parwan. The asphalt work has been completed up to the intersection, and traffic has been allowed to flow.
