    PAKTIKA, Nov. 14 – The municipal department of Paktika Province is building service areas and footpaths in all parts of the capital city, said mayor of Paktika, Alhaji Mawlawi Muhammad Nasir Hilal.

    The municipality has paved service areas and pedestrians in some parts of the city and the construction of the rest is under way and will be completed soon, the mayor added.
