The meeting revolved around in-depth deliberations on political and economic matters concerning Afghanistan and Pakistan.

 

During the discussions, the Foreign Minister conveyed his remorse regarding the forced repatriation of Afghan refugees and the inappropriate treatment they faced from certain entities. He characterized the current treatment as instigating and harmful to the relationship between the two nations, advocating for a shift in this dynamic.

 

The temporary head of the Pakistani embassy acknowledged the concerns expressed by the Islamic Emirate and pledged to address the matter with the relevant authorities.

 

The parties underscored the importance of implementing mutually beneficial measures and enhancing the exchange of high-level delegations as a means to foster cooperation.
