PAKTIA, Jan. 14 –  As many as 63 thousand acres of government land have been reinstituted in capital Gardez, Zurmat, Patan and various districts of Paktia province said Abdul Rauf Saeed, the head of the technical committee for the prevention and recovery of grabbed lands of Paktia province.

As a result of the investigation of the last 8 months, the technical committee for the prevention and restoration of grabbed lands has confirmed the lands according to the documents.

The technical committee for the prevention and restoration of grabbed land also says that 500,000 acres of state land in central Gardiz and various other districts are under investigation by the said committee, and inquiries are also made to the people to submit their legal documents in order to judge the nature of land.

The said committee says that soon the state lands which are under seizure will be returned from the usurpers and they will not allow anyone to usurp the state lands.
