Over 50 units of light and heavy weapons, ammunition confiscated

KABUL, Sep. 24 Accordimg to a report of the ministry of national defence of the IEA, based upon intelligence reports of the 201 Khalid Bin Waleed Corps of the Ministry of National Defense, 56 light and heavy weapons and ammunition were seized in various areas of the eastern provinces during a clearance operation.

These weapons include PK machinenguns, RPG launchers, Kalashnikovs, M16, pistols and many ammunitions.

In the meantime, authorities stated in a public address that anyone in possession of weapons, vehicles, or equipment connected to Bait-ul-Mal should willingly turn them over to authorities; otherwise, they have no right to file a complaint.
