Over 34 killed and wounded as 4 check posts overrun in Hisarak

NANGARHAR, July. 01 – Amid ongoing crushing spring offensive ‘Operation Omari’, Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen launched coordinated attacks on Hisarak district administration center, police DHQ and several surrounding check posts early this morning.
According to details 4 strategic checkpoints have been dismantled and 13 villages purged from enemy, as well as 18 puppets including a notorious commander – Thunder – killed and 25 others seriously wounded.
A number of war equipment has been seized.
Report states that gunfight in still underway as district administration center, police HQ are under tight siege of Mujahideen.
