WARDAK, Jan. 2 – Over 6 personnel of the Special Forces were killed and several more sustained casualties with 2 tanks destroyed in Mujahideen attacks in the provincial capital of Wardak province.
In the province’s Jalriz district at least 25 personnel of the Special Forces including an officer were killed and 10 more were wounded in Mujahideen attacks.
Separately, 2 enemy soldiers were killed in an attack on a combat post in Nirkh district of the province.
