KABUL, Jan. 23 – As many as 2868 different cases related to women’s rights have been resolved in all three courts across the country, during past three months, said supreme court of the country in a statement on Monday.
According to details, 704 cases of judicial right of inheritance and property of women, 178 cases regarding inventing facilities for women inheritance, possession and documentation transfer in the process of deriving inheritance and property 849 cases of providing information about the data and figures of registered cases, allocation of inheritance, 594 cases of the property registering in the name of the wife, if the dowry has been determined and 543 cases on the implementation of the policy
