Over 23 commandos killed in Dehrawod operation, enemy base under siege

URUZGAN, Aug. 01 – A recent report from Dehrawod district states that amid Operation Omari Mujahideen started coordinated attack on a besieged enemy base and check posts in Chato area overnight.
Attack of heavy and light arms killed 23 hireling commandos that were airdropped yesterday inside the said base by helicopter to break the siege.
Heavy clashes on enemy base and check posts in the area are underway, details about which will be updated later.
