Over 15 killed as 2 posts overrun in Farah

FARAH, Mar. 14 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Mansouri’, Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate carried out attacks on 2 hireling check points in in Deh Yak area of Farah city last night.

Attacks of heavy, light arms and sniper guns continued for about 2 hours, overrunning both posts after killing 8 minions in one check post and 7 others in second check post while forcing the rest to flee leaving 2 PKM machine guns, 2 RPG launchers, 5 Kalashnikovs and other equipment.

2 Mujahideen are reported to have been wounded and another one has embraced martyrdom (May Allah accept them).
