Over 15 killed and wounded as 4 APCs destroyed in Sangin

HELMAND, Jan. 11 – Reports arriving from Sangin district state that at around 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, an intense firefight reputed after Mujahideen engaged enemy troops trying to reinforce under siege areas in the said district center.
According to details, 2 hireling APCs were destroyed by landmine attack, while 2 more APCs and a Kamaz truck destroyed by heavy artillery fire.
Attacks continued till afternoon hours, during which about 15 mercenaries were killed and hurt while Mujahideen suffered no casualties with grace of Almighty Allah.
