Over 14 killed and wounded as 4 APCs destroyed in Gerishk

HELMAND, Sep. 25 – Mujahideen ambushed enemy troops arriving Hadira area of Gerishk district for destroying civilian compounds and operations early yesterday, resulting in heavy gunfight that lasted till afternoon hours, during which 14 puppets were shot and an APC destroyed by RPG launcher and 3 others by IED blasts.

It is said that a Mujahid and a civilian were also wounded in the crossfire.
