Over 115000 Tons of goods transferred through Railway in a week

KABUL, Jan. 07 –  According to Afghanistan Railway Authority (ARA), as many as 118139 metric tons of goods have been transferred by Railway lines of the country during last one week.

Details say, among 118139 tons, 26965 tons of goods transferred through Torghundi railway line, 3551 tons through Aqina railway line and 87623 tons through Haritaran railway line.

1748 tons of goods mostly dry fruits have been exported through the Afghan Railway to other countries, said ARA adding that the authority is striving to provide better facilities for transfers and traders.
