Mawlawi Hayatullah “Rohani,” the director of the Narcotics Control Department at the Herat Province Police Headquarters, has reported that over a thousand individuals who were previously identified as drug addicts and collected from various cities and districts within the province have successfully completed more than a year of treatment and following their recovery, these individuals have been reunited with their families, says a statement of the ministry of interior.
The efforts to combat drug addiction in the region have been fruitful, with a significant number of individuals receiving the necessary treatment and support to overcome their addiction.
