BAGHLAN, Nov. 17 –  The Department of Refugees and Returnees Affairs of Baghlan has started the series of cash assistance to 1015 displaced families in this province.

Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Omari, head of Baghlan’s refugee and returnee affairs, told the local correspondent of Bakhtar Agency that each of the surveyed families will be given $275 in cash aid, and the aim to facilitate the return of displaced families to their original places.

Omari added that the number of displaced families in Baghlan will decrease with the completion of the aid process.
