Officials from the Food and Drug Administration have noted a significant increase in the sector. They stated, “Over the past two years, the number of active factories has grown. Presently, approximately 104 factories are engaged in the production of medicines and health products, showcasing a substantially enhanced production capacity compared to previous years. Formerly producing 220 units, these factories now boast a production capacity of around 650 units.”
