HLEMAND, Mar. 23 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on a hireling check post in Sarkar Vialla area of capital Lashkargah overnight.
Attacks of heavy and light arms resulted in the post overrun after killing 5 puppets and leaving 2 more wounded while forcing the rest to flee.
A ranger pickup was destroyed in the premises of post.
Meanwhile Mujahideen attacked another post, killing 3 puppets on the spot.
It is said that a 4 rifles, 1 RPG launcher and other ammunition were seized in the operation.
