Officer, 5 puppets killed in Wardak attacks 

WARDAK, Aug. 10 – An enemy soldier was killed after Mujahideen attacked an enemy post in Syed district of Wardak province last night.

Early Thursday, two puppets were killed in a bomb attack in the provincial capital of Wardak province

Elsewhere in the said district, a puppet was killed in a surprise attack on Thursday.

Similarly, a clash broke out when the enemy was taken by surprise elsewhere in Syed Abad but there is no information the enemy casualty, while one puppet was injured in an attack in Chak district of the province on the same day.

On Wednesday, a puppet was taken down and another one got injured in a brief exchange fire with Mujahideen in Jalga district of Wardak province.

In another report from Wardak, a roadside bomb blast hit the vehicle carrying Ajmal, a special force’s officer in the provincial capital of Wardak province late Wednesday in which the target was killed on the spot.
