NOORISTAN, Nov. 23 – An unknown number of the enemy soldiers were killed and wounded in violent fighting resulting from the enemy attempts to break Mujahideen siege of Do Ab district in eastern Nuristan province late Tuesday.
An armored tank was also destroyed after coming under Mujahideen rockets in the fighting.
Similarly, the enemy trying to break Mujahideen siege of the district center and military posts in Do Ab district was repelled yet again on Wednesday. A number of the enemy military personnel are said to have suffered casualties.
