Numerous killed as enemy offensive thwarted

 KHOST, May 20 – An unknown number of the enemy soldiers suffered casualties after Mujahideen foiled the enemy in their attempts to carry out operation against Mujahideen in Zazi Maidan district of Khost province on Friday. The enemy was forced to retreat with fatal losses.

Also Friday, a roadside bomb blast killed 3 policemen in Alishir district of the province.
