Unemployment and the lack of suitable jobs are among the consequences of four decades of conflict in Afghanistan, severely impacting the Afghan people. External interference and occupation have further exacerbated job scarcity, leading to widespread migration.
The Islamic Emirate, as a responsible government, has consistently strived to create jobs and employment opportunities in the country. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has made continuous efforts to generate jobs, reduce unemployment, and implement fundamental measures for a better future. The Islamic Emirate is committed to addressing and eradicating unemployment by fostering entrepreneurship.
Despite numerous challenges, the Islamic Emirate has devised appropriate and comprehensive solutions in collaboration with relevant ministries, the private sector, and international aid organizations to mitigate unemployment in Afghanistan. The National Labor Conference, initiated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, represents one of the significant efforts in this regard.
International aid organizations, neighboring countries, and the global community are urged to collaborate with the Islamic Emirate to tackle this significant issue and foster public cooperation in creating job opportunities.
