Mujahideen take control over post, 4 villages in Badghis

BADGHIS, May. 12 – Amid ongoing spring offensive ‘Operation Mansouri’, Mujahideen carried out an assaulted a hireling check post in Qandalan area of capital Kala-e-Naw overnight.
Attacks of heavy and light arms resulted in the post was overrun after a brief resistance, forcing the enemy to flee from the said post and 4 villages.
Later on, enemy reinforcement troops arriving the area also came under Mujahideen attacks which are still ongoing the details of which will be published later.
