Mujahideen resolve dispute over water issue between 2 tribes; 4 minions killed

KUNAR, Jan. 16 – The Islamic Emirate’s Dispute Resolution Commission settled a conflict between the two tribes over the water issue in Marwara district of Kunar province, according to Al-Emarah News reports. A similar dispute was resolved by the commission a couple of days ago in Shigal district of this province.
