PAKTIA, Sept. 3 – At least 6 puppets were killed and 4 others wounded in a violent fighting caused by Mujahideen ambush aimed at the enemy task force in Jani Khel district of Paktia province on Friday.
Three armored personnel carriers were destroyed in Friday’s operation.
In another report, two puppets were injured in a roadside bombing that hit a military vehicle in Ahmad Khel district of Paktia province on Friday.
In a report from neighboring Paktika province, a puppet soldier was killed in a bomb attack in Sarhowza district of the province on Friday, while a number of the Arbakis are said to have suffered casualties when Mujahideen attacked their posts later on Friday.
