    KABUL, Jan. 20 – In order to professionalize and enhance the capacity of national army personnel and officials in the units and centers, the Department of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs of the Ministry of National Defense of the Islamic Emirate held a three-day seminar at the Ministry’s headquarters which ended today.

    The purpose of holding this seminar was to coordinate and provide better communication with officials and staff, familiarity with communication tools, and other related issues.

    At the end of the seminar, certificates were awarded to the participants.
