According to a statement of the ministry of public works of the IEA, The Minister of the Ministry of Public Works, Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Isa Sani, inspected the progress of the initial phase of the second lane construction on the Kabul-Ghazni highway.

During his site visit, the Acting Minister provided essential guidance to the contracting companies, technical teams, and engineers regarding the paramount importance of maintaining high-quality standards, swift progress, and timely completion.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Public Works had commenced construction on the second lane, a 49 km stretch of the Kabul-Ghazni highway, divided into two sections as per the agreement with the private sector.

The financial expenses for the Total Plaza (Haq Al-Abour) project are covered by the revenue generated from the construction.
