The Minister of Public Health in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mr. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, inaugurated a health facility in the Lachlam area of Manogi district, Kunar province, constructed at a cost of twenty-three and a half million Afghanis.

This health center, established in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), has now been opened for public use.

 

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Minister of Public Health Mr. Maulvi Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Maulvi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani, key officials from the Ministry of Public Health, Governor of Kunar Qudratullah Abu Hamza, Police Chief Ziaul Haq, Director of Public Health Qari Muzaffar Khan Mukhlis, tribal leaders, officials, and healthcare workers.

 

During the event, Minister of Public Health Mr. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali expressed his satisfaction regarding the establishment of the health center in the Lachlam region, considering it a significant milestone for the local populace.

 

Mr. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali remarked, “In addressing the healthcare needs of residents in remote areas of the nation, endeavors have been made to construct health facilities, exemplified by the establishment of this health center in the Lech Lam area.”

 

Tribal leaders and officials in Kunar extended their gratitude to the Ministry of Public Health, particularly Mr. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, for their unwavering commitment to constructing this health center. They noted that the inauguration of this facility would cater to the healthcare requirements of thousands of individuals in the region.
