Minister of National Defense meets delegation from the International Union of Muslim Scholars

KABUL, Dec. 04 -Acting Minister of National Defense Mawlawi Muhammad Yaqoob “Mujahid” held a meeting with a distinguished delegation of scholars from the Islamic world in Kabul on Sunday, says ministry of national defence.

In his welcome address, the Acting Minister expressed gratitude for the comprehensive cooperation and support of Islamic countries towards the people of Afghanistan, highlighting the positive impact it has on strengthening the relationship between governments and their people.

During his speech, the Acting Minister of National Defense condemned the Israeli Zionist regime’s bombing of Gaza, describing it as barbaric.

He also expressed solidarity with the Palestinians, stating that the Palestinian issue is a shared pain for Muslims worldwide. He drew parallels between the triumph of the Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen against global powers through their faith-based weapons and the Palestinians’ strong determination to win their ongoing struggle.

Dr. Ali Muhammad “Qara Daghi” spoke on behalf of the delegation, commending the bravery and resilience demonstrated by the Afghan people and the Mujahid against invaders. He regarded the Islamic Emirate’s victory in Afghanistan as an inspiring beacon of hope, highlighting the secure environment that now exists due to the implementation of the Islamic system.

Throughout the meeting, the delegation expressed their support for the Islamic Emirate’s good governance initiatives and assured the people of Afghanistan of the continued support and cooperation from Islamic countries.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the unity and solidarity of Muslims, along with prayers for the well-being and prosperity of all the Muslims.
