During a visit to Ashgabat, Alhaj Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, the Interim Minister of Mines and Petroleum, and his team engaged in discussions with Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Muradov.

 

At the initial meeting, Mr. Rashid Muradov greeted the Afghan delegation warmly and emphasized the importance of enhancing economic and trade ties between their nations.

 

Following this, Alhaj Mullah Hedayatullah Badri expressed gratitude to Turkmenistan for its generous reception and hospitality.

 

The two parties deliberated on advancing collaboration concerning projects like TAPI, TAP, fiber optics, railways, and oil and gas initiatives, focusing on the imminent implementation of the TAPI project within Afghanistan.
