During a recent meeting, Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, the Acting Minister of Industry and Islamic Trade of Afghanistan, held discussions with Mr. Yerkin Valitkhanovich Tokumov, who serves as the Head of the Institute for Strategic Studies at the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The focus of the meeting was on enhancing bilateral trade relations, fostering economic growth, and facilitating the exchange of goods and transit routes between the two countries.
Key topics addressed included strategies for expanding trade ties, Afghanistan’s economic development initiatives, efforts to boost exports from Afghanistan, as well as the Kazakh government’s support for Afghanistan’s transit programs.
Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi warmly welcomed Mr. Tokumov’s visit to Afghanistan and expressed gratitude to his colleagues, particularly acknowledging the contributions of Mr. Serik Zhumangarin, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
