Mawlawi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, accompanied by his delegation, visited the technology exhibition during the World Internet Conference. This visit, which took place on the third day of the conference and was attended by ministers from various countries, provided insights into relevant equipment, devices, and technological tools presented by the host country’s representatives.

The exhibition, located in Wuzhen, China, showcased diverse sections dedicated to technology. Minister Maulvi Najibullah Hayat Haqqani participated in the World Internet Conference on November 19 this year, following an official invitation from China. On November 20, he delivered a speech during the ministerial-level meeting involving member countries of the conference.

During his address, the Minister highlighted the significance of the Internet in the contemporary era, emphasized the need for cooperation between developed and developing nations to access technology and infrastructure, promoted the responsible use of artificial intelligence, and advocated for the integration of less developed countries to overcome digital isolation.

The ongoing World Internet Conference commenced on November 19 in Wuzhen, China, and is scheduled to run until November 22.
