Military base, 2 posts overrun in Badghis

BADGHIS, Apr. 03 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Omari’, Mujahideen carried out coordinated operation against enemy positions in Zarha Bazar area of Dara Bom district last night.
Attacks of heavy and light arms are said to be still underway.
Recent reports suggest that, 2 enemy check posts and a key military base have so far been overrun, killing 3 ANA gunmen including a commander and leaving 3 others deadly wounded while forcing the rest to flee leaving corpses behind.

A Dshk, 1 mortar tube, 2 rifles, 1 pistol, 1 communication radio, 3 boxes of rounds of heavy machine gun, 3 batteries, 3 solar panels and other military tools were confiscated in the operation.
