Military base, 2 posts overrun as fighting underway in Farah

FARAH, Oct. 11 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Omari’, Mujahideen carried out attacks on enemy positions in Naw Bahar area of Farah city late night yesterday.
Attacks in which heavy and light arms were used are said to  be still ongoing, so far Mazar military base and 2 defense check posts have been overrun, causing in heavy toll to enemy as well as numerous war equipment seized and Mujahideen are chasing enemy.
On another side in the west of the city Mujahideen reached Dehak area.
