BADAKSHAN, May 30 – The Islamic Emirate’s education officials had meetings with heads of the of Islamic and modern education institutions Wurduj district of northern Badakhshan province to discuss the education related issues.

The aim of the meeting, attended by the heads of all local educational institutions and tribal elders, was to discuss the ways to develop and improve education system in the region

The participants of the meeting, held in a high school, shared their experiences and exchanged their views for better organization and management for the coming academic year.

Meanwhile, the shortcomings and weaknesses in the educational process were addressed and ways to reform and further improve it were offered.

Toward end of the meeting, the code of conduct of the Education Commission were described to the heads and administrators of the institutions while important decisions on the main agenda, which was making necessary arrangements for the next academic year were made.
