Meeting of delegation of Islamic Emirate with renowned scholar of the Islamic world, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi

Afternoon hours today, the head of the Negotiation Team of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Sheikh Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Sahib, accompanied by his delegation met with a renowned religious scholar of the Islamic world, honorable Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi.

Sheikh Qaradawi expressed pleasure at meeting the delegation of Islamic Emirate, and remarked: You are of us, and us of you.

He followed this up with asking about the current situation of Afghanistan and the ongoing negotiation process.

Sheikh Abdul Hakim, during his remarks, welcomed affinity displayed by Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi and informed him about the current Jihadi situation of the country and proceedings of the agreement concluded with the United States.
