In accordance with the decree of the esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, (May Allah protect him), Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the former political deputy to the prime minister, has been officially introduced to the staff of the Ministry of Refugee Affairs, says ministry of refugees and returnees.

During a meeting, he assumed his role as the minister. The gathering was attended by Sheikh Muhammad Khalid Hanafi, Minister of propagation of virtue and prevention of vice, and Hearing of complains along with Sheikh Noorul Haq Anwar, the head of the affairs department, deputy heads, and department heads of the Ministry of Refugee Affairs.

The department head emphasized that serving the people and upholding the principles of the Islamic system are the main objectives of the leaders and officials of the Islamic Emirate. He highlighted Mawlawi Abdul Kabir’s unwavering dedication and sacrifices for the Islamic Emirate, expressing confidence that his experience and capabilities will positively impact the ministry’s operations.

Sheikh Muhammad Khalid Hanafi lauded Mawlawi Abdul Kabir’s successful endeavors across various sectors of the Islamic Emirate, noting that obedience exemplifies piety and is a fundamental principle of the Islamic Emirate.

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir paid tribute to the late martyr Hajj Khalilur Rehman Haqqani, praising his effective management and efforts in the realm of refugees. Expressing joy at his appointment as the Minister of Refugee Affairs by the Amirul Momineen, may God protect him, Maulvi Abdul Kabir asserted his commitment to enhancing services for the Islamic system and Afghan citizens in his new role.

He urged the Ministry of Refugee Affairs employees to maintain their sincerity in their duties, emphasizing the importance of working collectively as a strong team to fulfill the ministry’s obligations effectively. In conclusion, Maulvi Abdul Kabir expressed his contentment with the ministry’s affairs and pledged to enhance services for Afghan refugees.
