Man rescued as 2 abductors arrested in Kabul

KABUL, Feb. 10 – A citizen named Zia-ul-Haq has been successfully rescued by the police of the 16th district from kidnappers, says Khalid Zadran the spoksman of Kabul police command.

Zia-ul-Haq had been abducted from the Kabul city area under the jurisdiction of the 16th District. As part of investigation, the police have apprehended two individuals associated with this case.
