    ZABUL, Dec. 02 – A man has been arrested by the security forces of Tirinkot, the capital of Uruzgan province, this afternoon for stealing a motorcycle. Local officials, the robbers were four people, one of whom was arrested. Attempts are underway to arrest others. The stolen motorcycle has been returned to its original owner.
