    • Madrasa to be built in Takhar

     TAKHAR, Mar. 22 – The Islamic Emirate laid the foundation stone of the an institute of the Islamic Education, Darul uloom  Uthman bin Affan in Darqad district of northern Takhar province. The construction of the institute holding about 200 learners will be funded by the local people who intend to promote knowledge and education in the rural areas.
