Latest details of Maruf conquest

KANDAHAR, Sep. 28 – According to reports, Mujahideen carried out attacks on Maruf district center, police headquarter and other government installation overnight.
According to details, the operation commenced after a heroic martyrdom seeker Mujahid – Hazrat Ali – hailing from Kandahar province detonated his explosive laden Humvee on district administration center, killing and wounding more than 30 puppets including police chief Nadar Khan as well as dismantling the installation.
Following the martyr attack, Mujahideen launched attacks on other enemy centers with heavy and light arms that lasted till 10:00 pm local time resulting in ANA brigade, directorate of intelligence, police headquarter and all checkpoints overrun, killing 16 puppets with their corpses left behind.
Meanwhile a blast took place inside enemy arms depot, destroying 4 APCs, 4 ranger pickups and a vehicle filled with weapons.
A Dshk, 1 APC, 1 rifle, 4 PK machine guns and other military equipment and military equipment have been seized by Mujahideen.
It is said that only one Mujahid has been wounded apart from the martyrdom seeker Mujahd during the successful operation.
