ZABUL, July. 17 – Officials say Islamic Emirate’s commission for learning, training and higher education has arranged large meetings in Nari and Karatu area of Arghandad district on Saturday, during which speeches about learning training, importance of education and its obligation were delivered by scholars that wormly welcomed by Muslims.
