    FARYAB, Mar. 28 – A roadside ripped through an Arbaki vehicle in Shah Mardan area of Andkhoy district afternoon hours yesterday, leaving 3 minions hurt inside. Another report states that, a local militia commander – Saifullah – has fled the country yesterday, handing his weapons to his fellow Arbakis in Moqani area yesterday.
