Labor Minister Presents Plan for Legal Worker Transfer to Russia

A plan for the legal transfer of Afghan workers to Russia has been presented. During the 27th Economic Summit in St. Petersburg, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mullah Abdul Manan Omari met with Russian Minister of Labor and Social Security Anton Kotyakov.

They discussed strengthening trade and bilateral relations. The Ministry reported that Mullah Abdul Manan Omari also addressed the transfer of Afghan skilled and semi-skilled workers to Russia, capacity-building programs for the Ministry’s employees, and collaboration in social security trade.

He presented a detailed plan to Anton Kotyakov regarding the legal transfer of Afghan workers to Russia.
