Kidnapper captured, hostage released; base, 5 posts attacked

NURISTAN, Mar. 15 – A kidnapper was shot and wounded and the remaining 9 managed to get away when Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate raided a compound in Noorgram district of Nooristan province to rescue a kidnapped child, a little girl, Al-Emarah News said.

This came after Mujahideen got a tip-off that some abductors had made child a hostage in a compound in the said district. As result, Mujahideen fighters raided the spotted house to rescue the kidnapped child and after an exchange of fire captured a kidnapper and recovered the girl from the gang.

In a report from neighboring province, Kunar, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked an enemy base and 5 checkpoints in Manawara district of Kunar province early Tuesday, causing the enemy heavy toll.
