    • Kidnapers held in Balkh province capital

    BALKH, Sep. 18 – The general directorate of intellegnce operatives, As a result of detection operation in Mazar Sharif, the capital of Balkh Province, arrested the two kidnappers who had kidnapped a countryman Khalil S/O Haji Jamil, four months ago. The arrested criminals have confessed their crime and are currently under investigation.
