HELMAND, Dec. 04 – Security forces of the general directorate of Intelligence of Helmand province have arrested a kidnapper in the province, said GDI in a statment.
According to details the accused had taken money and a car from a person named Haji Adam Khan a week ago and later on martyred him.
The arrested kidnapper confessed to his crime and is currently under investigation.
