Key Daesh member, planner of attack on Balkh governor held

BALKH, Apr. 02 – The special forces of the General Directorate of Intelligence (GDI) have arrested a key Daesh militent in an operation today.

Accordi g to details, Ainuddin (Mohammed), son of Abdul Wakil, who was involoved in attack on Balkh Governor Mawalwi Mohammad Daoud Muzaml, attack on the Tebayan Cultural Center in Mazar-e-Sharif, attack on the Se Dukan Shia Mosque, attack on a bus carrying civilians and attack on a religious school in Aybak city, the center of Samangan province, last year, has been arrested during a complex operation today.

He played an active role in surveillance for the Khawarij group in the northern provinces of the country.
