20 killed and wounded, 30 arrested as 11 posts overrun in Faryab

FARYAB, May. 08 – Amid full swing of ongoing spring offensive ‘Al Khandaq Operations’, heroic Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate launched heavy attacks on enemy positions in a strategic Kolyan and Toghalmis areas of Balcheragh district overnight.

Details say, as many as 11 check posts in the said areas have been overrun after killing 11 puppets, leaving 9 others wounded and arresting 30 more while forcing the rest to flee, leaving 2 vehicles, 20 motorbikes, 35 heavy and light rifles along with other military equipment.

4 Mujahideen are said to have been wounded and another one has embraced martyrdom.
