Kandahar’s 18 districts to get new communication network sites

According to local officials fresh installations of the Salam communication network have been activated across 18 districts in Kandahar. Authorities have reported that alongside the initiation of these new sites, the Department of Communications, in collaboration with relevant Directorate officials, carries out daily assessments in various regions of Kandahar city to enhance the quality of telephone calls and internet services.

Following successful testing, this process will receive approval and be expanded to encompass Maiwand and Panjwai districts.
